Meet the Founder

With a biomedical engineering background and ~10 years of experience in MedTech and Neuromodulation, I am specialized in clinical Training & Education (T&E), therapy development and HCP engagement.

Through LMX Advisory, I partner with MedTech companies across the full therapy lifecycle, from therapy development to post-market, to accelerate clinical adoption and scale training programs. I also partner with hospitals and clinical institutions to design and structure internal training programs.

          Previously: Before founding LMX Advisory, I held global T&E leadership roles for a Class III implantable neuromodulation therapy, spanning clinical trials, EU and US commercialization, and international market expansion. I built global training models, led international teams, and contributed to CE / FDA market approvals and audits.
        

The Why Behind LMX Advisory

Most of us know someone living with a disability, a chronic disease, or a disorder. And many of us share the same instinct: if we could help improve their quality of life, even a little, we would.

That desire led me to become a biomedical engineer, and later to work in the MedTech and neuromodulation space. My partner François, also a biomedical engineer, became paraplegic at 18 yo. His resilience, optimism, and ability to adapt inspire me every single day.

This is why I founded LMX Advisory: to amplify my impact by supporting multiple MedTech companies across different therapies and pathologies, improving the quality of life of a wider range of patients.

The durations and prices outlined in these packages are based on the following assumptions:

A single therapy/product is being evaluated (multiple therapies may require scope adjustment).
All relevant documents, records, and system access will be available on the project start date.
Key stakeholders will be available for interviews, working sessions, and decision-making throughout the engagement timeframe.
Materials and content are provided in English or French (additional languages may require scope adjustment).
Final deliverables will be provided in digital format (Word, PDF, or PowerPoint).
